Terms & Policies

Serving Balbriggan, Rush, Lusk & Skerries, Quick Clean is committed to providing reliable, high-quality, and professional cleaning services.

1. Terms of Service / Booking Policy

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Customers must provide accurate property details (size, number of rooms, condition) for a fair quote.

  • A booking deposit is required to secure your cleaning appointment (see Deposit & Payment Policy below).

  • Our cleaners will arrive within the agreed time slot; any delays due to traffic or unforeseen events will be communicated.

  • Access to electricity, hot water, and safe working conditions must be provided.

  • Customers or a representative should be present at the start and end of the clean to confirm completion.

  • Cleaners cannot move heavy furniture or clean unsafe or inaccessible areas.

  • Changes to bookings must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Deposit & Payment Policy

  • Deposit amount:

    • €20–€30 for standard Quick Cleans (under €100)

    • 25–40% for Deep Cleans or End-of-Tenancy services (over €150)

  • Deposits can be paid via bank transfer, Revolut, or Stripe payment link.

  • Remaining balance is due on completion of the clean.

  • Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations occur with less than 24 hours’ notice.

  • Deposits are transferred to rescheduled appointments with more than 24 hours’ notice.

  • If Quick Clean must cancel, deposits will be fully refunded or rescheduled.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or reschedules.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

  • No access to property at the scheduled time counts as a same-day cancellation; deposit will be retained.

  • Persistent cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.

4. Health & Safety / Liability Disclaimer

  • All cleaners are trained, vetted, and insured.

  • Professional cleaning products and equipment are used.

  • Cleaners cannot:

    • Move heavy furniture

    • Clean exterior windows above ground floor without safe access

    • Work in unsafe or hazardous conditions

  • Quick Clean is not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

  • Accidental damage caused by staff will be reported and handled professionally through insurance.

  • Clients should secure valuables and fragile items prior to cleaning.

5. Satisfaction & Quality

  • Quick Clean aims to deliver high-quality service every time.

  • Concerns or feedback should be reported within 24 hours.

  • Quick Clean will investigate issues professionally and work to resolve them fairly.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Customer data is used solely for booking and communication purposes.

  • Personal information will never be shared or sold.

  • Payments are handled securely via trusted platforms (Revolut, Stripe, etc.).

7. Before & After Photo Policy

Quick Clean may take photos of properties for quality assurance or marketing purposes.

  • Permission: Photos will not be taken without client consent.

  • Privacy: Personal items, documents, and valuables are excluded from photos.

  • Use: Images may be used on our website, social media, marketing materials, or internal records.

  • Client Control: Clients may request no photos at any time.

  • Data Security: Photos are stored securely and only accessible to authorized staff.

  • Optional Sharing: With permission, photos may be published to showcase our services.
